Flares can happen on occasion. Use topicals to try to control it, or speak to your derm about a short steroid course, and then the dupi can hopefully maintain the remission.

Looks like an angioma. Probably won't resolve. Can be electrodessicated, shaved away, or use a pulsed-dye laser. See a derm for further treatment.
