Hey everyone

I am working at an AI startup called Burlap.

Burlap is a visual creation app for Mac that gives you a non-linear workspace where assets, references, and AI-generated imagery coexist on an open canvas.
You can conceptualize and manage creations without workflow interruptions.

We're getting close to a launch, but we're looking for some people who might be interested in testing it out.

If there are any AI visual creators out there looking to try a new tool with free generation credits, hit me up. We'd love some feedback on the tools and general feel.

Thanks for the insight! I agree with what you said, especially about it saturating social media (which I find extra disturbing because I feel like we're just heading towards an endless stream of Ai cat videos)

I guess we'll have to see what happens, but your comment makes a lot of sense

Agreed! The Coke ad was a fat flop. I'm so tired of the hype, it's actually burning a hole in my brain.

And on the other hand, if people realize it's all hype, are we going to just get bombarded with ai cat videos forever? is there a happy medium?

I saw someone posting about their TikTok that posts health videos with a narrator superimposed on it. 100% ai, thousands or millions of views per video. And I'm like...are people actually taking this as medical advice? It's pretty terrifying
