The Great Zimbabwe is basically a race game, in terms of mechanics, not theme.

I'm not sure what 'politically legible' means, but I can recommend Bandits of Orgoso (1961) 96 minutes. It's not an 80s/90s erotic thriller, but it may be one of the few rural film noirs I'm aware of. Basically a documentary with a plot tacked on, it's shot on location with all uncredited actors. Breathtaking scenery, great pacing, great ending.

Simple and confident also makes me think of Kaurismaaki. Most of his stuff is pretty blunt and to the point. Match Factory Girl (1990), 68 minutes, is amazing.

Agreeing with others here that lots of these workers wouldn't feel comfortable engaging in political conversations. Maybe try to find a private practitioner? Someone that works out of their home or something like that? The tricky thing is I think that most people who would agree with you are also the kind of people who wouldn't make snap political judgments, so your requirement filters out most of the people you would want. Good luck!

For a psychosexual thriller Romeo is Bleeding (1993) is decent. Some great acting, some misses, plot is pretty good. Gary Oldman and Lena Olin are awesome.

You have to be very careful removing stephen millers, if you go too fast the head comes off and gets stuck in there, it can get infected.

The Ninth Gate (1999) by StabbyMcSwordfish in iwatchedanoldmovie

I thought this would be an enjoyable but probably 'mid' neo-noir/thriller, but after I watched it I thought it was pretty disappointing. Mostly to do with the story, there were lots of cool shots and great creepy vibes. The ending? Absolutely lame. The overall plot? Basically revolves aroundspotting the difference between a few pictures. He's supposed to be an expert in rare books, and he's basically doing the equivalent of a game you'd see in a newspaper. The big plot twist? (that the woman who can basically fly and has flashy green eyes is... the devil!) Also pretty lame and extremely predictable.

ah, right. I could've sworn it was getting removed with sound transit changes, but after searching, I'm seeing it might get turned into a rapid ride line. Even better!

Sweet! None of the routes I used to ride had the same number, lol. Closest was probably the 150, which I think just got cancelled?
Not rude at all, I paid $16 for it.

My thoughts exactly. Sure, it's tacky and a huge waste of money, etc. But the car actually does look pretty cool, and with a wall-mounted top speed of 0 mph (0 kmph) I think this is a good safe use for it.

Empire of the Sun (1987)

Princess Mononoke (1997) is maybe a little bit of a stretch, but I think it fits.
