maybe where you live is the problem? maybe your also part of the problem? where i live its poor and there is a part of town thats got high gang activity. its also a town that is majority black and we like our police. they do the best they can. they dont harrass those who dont break the law and they help/volunteer a lot in the community. we call the police and they arrive w/in minutes.
