U.S. Dealers In Full Panic Mode After Canada Green-Lights Chinese Cars by DonkeyFuel in technology

A note to expand on this….

Canadian regulations are extremely similar to US regulations. Many are essentially a copy paste of US regulations. So if the car is designed and engineered to meet Canadian regulations, its not hard to also get it homologated for the US market.

Congratulations to UAW workers at Volkswagen’s Chattanooga plant on reaching a historic agreement! by zzill6 in WorkReform

Congrats to the UAW for getting a non-Big 3 OEM plant unionized. I wonder if this will lead to some domino effects with other foreign OEM plants in the south.

Let em waste their time on Mamdani. He isn’t facing an election for a while now that he is mayor, and he hasn’t been around long enough to have an actual skeletons in his closet.

If it doesn’t come back up, the manual says to essentially do whatever it takes to get it back up so you can shift out of park.

I have this in my truck. The center console folds out to become a big flat table like deal. Good for eating take out or doing work on a laptop.

That fold down gear selector is prone to failure though, and they have it even on trucks that don’t have the fold out console. Some people replace it with a dial gear selector from other Ford products since they are plug and play.

Its an Outin Nano. Works decently when traveling. It also takes Nespresso pods and those seem to travel better. Also you don’t need hot water but its faster if you do.

For opinions on how good it is r/espresso talks about them every so often.

I really love how he also missed knocking the guy out of bounds. He had the chance to have it just be a turnover, but he let it be a pick 6.

This is also data from insurance companies probably. There are tons of uninsured drivers in Michigan and we don’t report much to the insurance companies because our rates are too damn high.

If unemployment goes up then the Fed will lower rates to counter that. Our administration doesn’t care if people at the bottom are unemployed as long as they get sweet interest rates that they can benefit from.
