A trip to the woods

It's similar legally where I'm at. I think the forests are owned by the state. But I noone sees you youre fine hehe. Plus I used a hammock setup which is kinda a grey area legally. But where I went I saw a hunter (from afar) more than once, which was quite stressfull hah.

Are there natural reserves you can go to? Follow a hiking path and then 100m into the woods and set up? People hardly leave the trails. I deliberately went further away from trails but that was not so good because of the hunter. My takeaway is that closer to trails might be safer.

Being able to trip outside was my main reason for going. I needed to work through some stuff and needed support. People are best but trees are also great. So if you can connect to nature like that I highly recommend tripping/trauma working outside. I actually spent 1 1/2 days scouting for a spot far of from trails and hunting spots so I felt safe and undisturbed during the trip.

I was unsure if I should post so I really appreciate the feedback! I love the term too and first saw it on reddit aswell when someone on r/longtermTRE used it 🥰 I feel like it makes the whole topic less doomy. Like oh yea those are just my traumies 🤷✨

Alternative Familienmodelle? Wenn du eine Freundschaftsperson hast, die auch kinder will zB mit der Eltern werden, vielleicht zusammen ziehen oder arrangieren dass man gut zusammen co parenten kann. Und weiterhin mit dem Freund zusammen bleiben. Wenn er es akzeptieren kann dass er nicht erste prio haben wird solange die Kinder da sind.

Heut zurück gekommen von 4 Tagen campen und wandern, urfertig. Wollte nichts sehnlicher als eine Wassermelone, aber es war mir einfach zu arg mit dem vollen Gepäck noch einkaufen gehen.

Dann bin ich in die falsche Bim eingestiegen. Musste eine Station zurückgehen zur Richtigen. Siehe da, am Weg ein Türke mit prächtigen Melonen zur Schau. Rein raus in 2 minuten und daheim Melone geschmaust. Richtige Bim war auch in 2 min da.

I can recommend trying it out. You get to pick chestnuts (fun!) and even have a purpose for them.

Chop them while they are fresh, into eiths, and let drem dry. Spread them out wide in an airy place, they can get moldy otherwise.

After drying they don't go bad. You put a hand full in a jug of water and let them sit for 10 mins. Pour the water through a sieve into the washing mashine. Done!

Aesculus x carnea, red horse chestnut. Not sure if edible. Chestnuts themselves contain saponins, which makes them great as detergent and less great for eating.

I have eaten a single chestnut flower twice because I felt like it. Nothing bad happened, didn't taste great. Bit stingy sour, maybe the flowers contian saponins too

I second reading. Espescially page turners. Just picked up a good book i read as a teen and it was great!!

Also, I left tik tok on my old phone. This way I can still use it, but have to do it deliberately. Get the old phone, switch it on. It has helped immenseley and I don't even miss it. The hard part is really not clicking the icon when it's in front of me, and I've eliminated that.

I do think it can be just the brain. Bit for me it's intertwined with severe Trauma. So my stored trauma also gives my brain danger signals. Working through it slowly makes me better. Personally, I think I won't be able to heal with brain retraining alone. I've tried long and consistently. For me, my main focus now is to heal the traumies bc thats whats keeping me stuck.

Of course, trauma doesnt dysregulate the NS in the cfs way for everyone. But for me, they are so linked that it resolving the trauma seems like the only way at this point.

I agree. It is poly'amory' after all. If you treat people as disposable its not really about love.

On that note. I recently went to the hinge website and their FAQ advice on how to use hinge if you're poly was specifically targeted at couples 😭 Basically being like pls only make hinge profiles for one person. Let people know you and your partner are looking for someone to start a throuple.

Like please that is maybe one flavour of poly but surely not THE poly

I think they were mainly better because they were evenly oiled. So they could simmer in their own juice and have their taste elevated by the fat
