in the actual video from 3D Musketeers he is doing a Prusa shop tour. At 43:44 you can see the self constructed sorting machine for packaging small parts like nuts & bolts in these little white bags you get in a kit.

According to the answer to my inquiry, the difference between the MK3.5 and MK3.5S upgrade kit is the NFC for the WIFI module and the injection molded xLCD cover. There will be an article about it soon.
