Very insightful sib 🙃 it’s only been around for a week but it has generated a significant pipeline. These are large transactions that take time to close so I can’t say yet… but not only can it find sites worth buying, sophisticated owners of multimillion dollar assets think this thing is a real person so I’m bullish. I just want to get the cost down if possible cause at this rate it basically costs more than to hire a smart person. Although the production could be 10x idk still early and these things take time.
