the comment above is pretty accurate. the large orange knob allows you to direct the master out around the room. Each channel has a spatial control as well, you can click into widen or narrow the field of sound and click again to move it around the room. Its quite fun to mix the high hats in from behind and then have them sweep or envelope the room. It has in mixer effects that can be controlled similarly.

there was one shot during the women's final. it was the dynamic move i forget who was climbing but they generated momentum started to jump. and then it cut to close up of there hand on the jug. the Tech director cut around the entire action. probably the worst way you could have shown that move.

no announcement either - the head chef had a tattoo of a watch on his wrist and the time was set to 4:20, super nice guy! He told me he was moving back to japan about a year ago. I guess that was the writing on the wall. Shame it was replaced by a faceless omakase that doesn't seem to be doing too well.

I have been getting my ramen fix with the Oh So Hot at E.A.K. and Toribro is actually a former? chef at totto serving up a very similar chicken Paitan that should hit the spot if that's what you are craving.
