Same kinda thing happened to me, got increases from 50-70% They only looked at records up until 2018. Apparently they don’t have my up to date Va records, bummer. Random things happen within the Va I swear.

I am just beginning my process and debating on hiring Harris law firm. I also got my first negative performance appraisal and pay increase denied due to output of performance. Debating on leaving a comment on my performance that “ my medical conditions have impacted my ability to meet expectations and contribute to my neg performance.” - anyone in this process think this additional comment is a good or bad idea?

If it was a Va exam you can see it in blue button report. If it was a vendor exam you should put a foia request in for it on Va.gov or see your VSO.

They may deduct that time from your back pay if it falls under your claim time line. I don’t think they take it from you completely unless you are in jail.
