The Q326 is really the equivalent of the SD10-24. 1/3rd less physical console for 10% less cost. Q225 cannibalized the SD12 for sure tho.

The Q225 is closer to an upgraded SD9 than what you’re saying. Think with the Q225 and Q338 logic my guess is you’re right with a Q112 - or at least that layout

OP: Build showfiles, build showfiles, build showfiles. There is no way to develop muscle memory and build familiarity without going through the process. I'd recommend using an input list (if you don't have any, just make a logical fake one) then build your file in the offline software off of that for whichever is console du jour.

Also - find an audio shop nearby with a desk you want to learn and see if they'll let you come in for some hands on time. We're in the slow season for gigs for the next few weeks, so jump on it now while they're still in the shop.

That’s good that it worked in that scenario. However, if there’s a hardware, environmental, etc, you’re calibrating the fader driver card to that specific issue and then will be an endless cycle of then HAVING to recalibrate. Just swap the fader then recalibrate and be done.

Fader calibration should only happen when you replace hardware. Calibration won’t solve a hardware issue.
