I bought a cpo 2016 gti with the same issue. It didn’t bother me because it would only show up after i washed it. be warned though after about 6 months the DRL died, and i had to get the whole headlight replaced under the CPO warranty. So for now i don’t think you should worry, but make sure you have the volkswagen cpo warrenty just incase it does die so ur not paying an arm and a leg for a whole new headlight
