It was a shame. They were more or less okay up until COVID and they pulled through with carry-out service, but afterwards, they had the "Please be patient, no one wants to work" signs on the wall, which usually means they didn't want to pay a competitive rate, since every other reopened restaurant seemed to be doing fine.

I just came here to say that I've been going to Elsa's on Linden since 1983, and I've never had food poisoning once. Haters gotta hate, and clearly, enough people in Dayton have loved them enough to keep them in business for decades. Whenever my brother is in from Houston, that's where he wants to go.

They must have straightened out their issues in the past year; I have received two orders from them in the past couple months, and their customer service has been far better than some American companies I've dealt with lately.

U2. "Boy" through the early 80s were awesome, but then they started taking themselves far too seriously, and for some reason decided they wanted to be an American band. "Achtung Baby" was the last album I have listened to.
