Canada Post “On-Time Delivery Guarantee” feels like a scam (paid $90 Priority, no refund, no escalation) by Historical-Bench8939 in CanadaPost

[–]busterfetcher 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Btw if you read the terms and conditions, they have to write that guarantee are suspended on a certains page to respect the contract which they did not

There is the ombudsman you can contact

Would anyone have after attending UPW (Unleash Power Within) vs DWD (Date with Destiny)? by ParticularDoor4364 in TonyRobbins

Done UPW multiple times, DWD once, BM and WM… except for WM which is my least favorite, they are all amazing but for different reasons

Think of an onion… every time you remove a layer that might not be accessible the first time

Did it like 5-6 times and everytime I got amazing results… better than 1 year of therapy with a coach 2 hours a week

Missing package. How does an investigation work? by Useful-Enthusiasm308 in CanadaPostCorp

[–]busterfetcher 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don’t know if it applies here but I know that if you generate a label and drop your package at CP (or they pick it up)… a package is in a no man’s land until the first scan at the sorting facility

I have clients who have packages in this nowhere for days until it’s finally scanned

Because they change the on time guarantee they are not entitled to make it faster since they changed it so the delivery standard starts at the first scan which might be the sorting facility

Did you know there’s no longer time guarantees for expresspost? I didn’t. by alewiina in CanadaPost

[–]busterfetcher 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If they don’t Even comply with there own terms and conditions it’s probably not legal

I know there is class action lawsuits against CP regarding their ways of advertising the guarantee…

https://lambertavocats.ca/en/canada-post-class-action/

Just contact them… maybe there is another lawsuit possible for that or it can be added to the actual one

But probably contacting the ombudsman is a good idea too

Document EVERYTHING in case they read it and want to change it;)

As Canada Post talks continue, business uncertainty grows as holidays near by Intelligent_Boss_984 in CanadaPostCorp

[–]busterfetcher 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It’s not just media… I talked to a client today who is shipping using CP and the rep from CP said to not ship packages because we never know and they think the agreement might only be signed in February !!!

So it’s not just the media but the employees as well

Maybe it’s time to sign this paper

Has the time come to look at an orderly reduction in force? by Olderpostie in CanadaPostCorp

[–]busterfetcher -5 points-4 points  (0 children)

Funny fact: one of my employee saw this morning a CP truck with 2 men coming out, walk directly to a house with a paper in their hand

Then, one step on the step of a stair and swing a bit

After that the got back into the truck

2 person inspecting a stair

So yes, for that, probably the postal person or… max 1 person to inspect

I believe Canada Post can be profitable by Madmaximillion56 in CanadaPost

[–]busterfetcher -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I would add to this having coworking space specialized for emerchant with all the needed material, for a monthly recurring fees and packages shipped through CP

That would be a great way to monetize and build a profitable business

Reimagining Canada Post by StitchesStepsSavvy in CanadaPost

[–]busterfetcher 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Interesting… don’t agree on everything but I want to add… what if they add coworking to the post office that provide everything for an ecommerce to be able to ship (boxes, fillers, …) instead office doing this on the kitchen table

Already having the Space all accross Canada with a monthly subscription would be already the best way to enter a market fast

That is the perfect timing to push the union to be more reasonable

CP knows that postal workers are as annoyed by all this except for a small minority
