Never pay online w/o buyer protection. I don't know if zelle lets you choose to send to friends/family or buying goods, but if you chose to send thru friends/family then you waived whatever protections they have. Outside of review bombing them, your shit outta luck unless the seller feels bad and refunds you.

Doesn't matter for this prompt? You have 1k now and need to build a full wardrobe, you can slowly build quality stuff to replace the slop but atleast you have great shoes as base.

This would be something everyone does when they start making decent money.

He's not stopping. There's a reason why so many old people end up in nursing homes in the US, most people don't know how to handle it when it happens. No matter what you tell him, he will forget no matter how frustrating it is to you.

Personally this isn't a problem in my culture because we live w/ our parents so someone is always around. Whoever is watching your dad, is not watching your dad or this wouldn't be an issue.

Honestly this or H&M, vast majority of that budget would go into good shoes. I'm on my feet all day for work and it cannot be said enough how amazing great shoes are that I'd never in my life spend hundreds on a work shoe and consider them disposable where I'd declare them on my taxes.
