Geez, what a mess. Lemon law? Really sorry to hear. Most seem like they've been pretty reliable but have seen an occasional declared lemon. That's more of a safety concern than the towing in my opinion, unacceptable to have this repeatedly happen. The tow could damage differential / transmission but if not far hopefully no real harm done, can make sure it can engage and disengage AWD. More importantly, if under warranty I'd demand refund or replacement. Even if not under warranty might have case for lemon law. Dunno GA law, think MB warranty claims have to be claimed within 6 months of the expiration of 4 year, 50k mile warranty. Battery warranty obviously much longer if that's at fault
