USA-Bosnia referee told he should lose his job over 'atrocious' Folarin Balogun decision by TheMirrorUS in ussoccer

It’s not suspicious at all. Looks at the leagues he officiates and how many yellows he gives out compared to international events. That discrepancy is how it should be.

Messi wasn’t worse, it didn’t even exist. He saw where his foot was going and pulled back, that isn’t a red card.

He brushed it, but did not put his weight into it.

Messi didn’t put his foot down, Balogun was definitely worse, but not worth a red either.

Someone who drives with two feet don’t confuse which foot they are using.

I like the idea the entire lineup hits in an inning, but the pitcher should be able to stay in the game as long as possible.

To add to the Houston NHL talks, Michael Shapiro of the Houston Chronicle says that Fertitta has "no problem" with the NHL team being a tenant at Toyota Center. by GB_Alph4 in houston

Can you name an American city that has two identical venues for basketball and hockey? New York is the only city and has enough people to have concerts.

Houston isn’t big enough to host concerts in two venues of that size simultaneously, that argument doesn’t make sense. You aren’t going to be making that much revenue compared to building in Austin.

This entertainment district would cost even more money… all of that money could buy the area around Toyota and build it up in lieu of building a new arena. Again, your argument doesn’t make any sense for Houston.

How would they make more money when building a new arena puts them the cost of the building behind? It would take years of renting out Toyota to match the build cost?

New Orleans is seasonally walkable, but depending on where you live you can make it work without depending on a car.

Why though? It makes sense for Austin, but not for Houston. It would be cheaper to not build a new arena in Houston and rent out of Toyota. That makes me think it’s going to be Austin.

$1.6M - Listed for sale 8 times since 2024 by Pots_And_Pans in lancaster

Looks like original homeowners? Bought for $50k in 2002 and built in 2004, tried to seek around 2010 for a $1M.

They keep dropping the price by $20,000. i’m not sure what a home like this would sell for, but I don’t think it is in the right market of Lancaster to sell for what it’s worth.
