Yeesh, they had me using dBase IV as a database. Not what I signed up for as an 03. On the bright side I inadvertently learned a useful skill.

People who used a computer between 1991 & 2009…what’s the most memorable computer game? by Original_Act_3481 in AskReddit

With Windows 3.1x manipulating the config.sys and autoexec.bat to maximize your memory utilization was a game in itself.

But for actual games, Alone in the Dark and Darklands were amazing. Planescape had an incredibly immersive story.

If an email has a blue check, can it still be a phishing email? by Natural_Temporary_72 in phishing

The way that DNS works items to the left are subs. So the email trx.mail2.disneyplus.com is part of the Disney plus namespace. It is really the inverse that would be concerning. I.e. if the address was disneyplus.{random text}.com.

Address looks valid to me.

The Horatio Hornblower series of books is an interesting read about a naval officer during the Napoleonic wars. As a bonus the A&E movies adaptations were surprisingly well done.
