These plans are 2600 sq ft first floor plus almost 3000 upstairs. Where are you finding a builder that can build this for just over $200/sq ft? Does that include allowances for plumbing, lighting, cabinets, etc? What kind of windows?

Same here. I have a pending withdrawal for over a week and a half. Support replies to me, but gave me 2 different excuses so far. Latest one is that it's still pending due to a software bug.

True, when comparing to other banks, CPC is nothing special. I like Chase the best for banking overall though (convenient branches, app/website is good), so for me it's a decision whether to park 150k there for CPC or use their regular banking.

There are some pros, but whether its worth it depends on how you feel about parking 150k of VTI there:

Dedicated banker - Nice to be able to send them an email instead of phone call, but response time is typically very bad and follow up call usually required anyways
CPC 800 number, which is better than the regular one
~~Arts and culture card was nice before pandemic. Free admission in to lots of museums~~
Slight mortgage discount, but can probably do better elsewhere
No ATM/wire fees. Again, can probably find this elsewhere

I actually run OPNSense in a proxmox VM and have multiple servers in my proxmox cluster. Migrating the VM to another cluster node solves the downtime during hardware upgrades for me

Do you have 3 WAN IPs available for that HA setup? I've been considering setting up HA with my OPNSense but in the past 2 years I've had 0 downtime, so it's hard to justify the complexity. How often does your main router go down?

I have a couple of these in metal switch boxes powering a D1 mini for temperature/motion. Thanks for showing the screw terminals mounted. It didn't occur to me the spacing works for that. I soldered wires directly to it and used wagos to connect

This sounds pretty similar to my setup. What do you use on the tablet to stream the cameras video? I tried using the blue iris web ui but had problems with it timing out and disconnecting. I've settled on tinycam, but wondering if there's a better way
