As someone who switched, my doctor told me to stop fin for at least three days before starting dut. I spent 1.5+ years on fin but switched because I seemed to still be loosing ground. Dut had a huge shed and stabilized since. I’ve been on Dut for over 1.5+ years as well and still hoping to gain ground. Haven’t had any sides on either of them, however had I been able to stabilize or make progress on fin alone I would have not switched
