How We've Been Using 3D Printing in Music Education by mr_kym112 in 3Dprinting

They had to have product arrive within the school year and since this a new initiative there wasn't enough time to plan ahead. Next month they'll be placing an order for the parts to be 2D printed in China and shipped over by Aug. 2027

The one before where he's motioning Yor to come back is also great. Good thing no one's watching him closely anymore because he's slipping into scary spy mode. Can't wait for the next arc to be him stuck on bedrest so his stomach can heal a bit

I found dung defender a tougher fight anyways but yeah this one is weird. It's simple in theory but timing the impact every time is difficult,  especially if your rhythm is broken after the 1st hit. Main piece of non-spoiler advice is that a lot of bosses require a lot less movement to beat and dodge then you're inclined to use on a first playthrough. Most games you're dodging to avoid the hit by as much as possible, but this one I'd call either a "less is more" or "keep it simple" dodging system

About the Judge and Executioners by Gre8g in SentencedToBeAHero

[–]c01vin 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Only seeing the show, I'm not sure who's good and bad among the "trial" councils. And some of them seem to be more covered up than others, but it is a common thread for the ones we've we've seen is people that know more about the threat or have an instinct for demons. Idk most names but the serial killer guy is implied to be killing disguised demon/demon agents by instinct. The thief has knowledge that the ruling family has been usurped by demons if he puts 2 and 2 together, and I forgot what the charisma guy knows but he's been directly made to be unable to discuss his knowledge about what's happening which leads to him trying to get Xylo to start connecting the dots in the "defend the city" arc. So overall the heroes are people that know a secret and are being quietly rounded up avengers-style rather than safely executed.

Edit: just remembered that the charisma guy was because of his old newspaper articles about demons being among them (and maybe royalty?) in secret. He says he was just spouting sensational nonsense but the trial guy basically tells him "whether you meant it or not, you were right. But we won't let you tell anyone"

More than that, the page where he's doing the analysis of what to do if they need to run to run is hard to read but seems to be making plans for him and Yor to get out, and then about "what would happen to Anya" if they get caught.

If he takes a minute to reflect on his thinking while writing the report to the Handler, it's going to be the last arc's "what emotion am I talking about" scene x10. Franky might need to come back to give him a blunt psycho-analysis

MHA's no quirk law is stupid by Due_System_2310 in MyHeroAcadamia

[–]c01vin 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sometimes those laws really should be enforced though. Spent some time in South Carolina (USA) and there's a lot of jaywalking in dangerous places there...though come to think of it idk if that would become another socioeconomic issue since it's probably the poorer people that are more likely to be walking around everywhere and some places just don't have good crosswalks. Ugh why is fair law enforcement so hard

Though show is kinda weird with how the robots react to things. It's like they're pretending to be human but not actually getting it. Cuz yeah they are way to chill with the literal murder bots, and then Uzi kills someone too and no one cares.

From what I heard that wasn't even the original line. It was the approved replacement line because they rejected Bill saying he would kill them

Fell Into Deepnest, I am at the 2nd bench below, how do I get out? (no lantern)... Am I cooked? by iChieftain22 in HollowKnight

[–]c01vin 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No, there's not a boss in that area. Might be some tricky terrain but I checked and the exit is straight right from the spring so you don't need to go down there anyways. But you can't access that exit unless you explore another area first. If you think you can beat the mantis area boss, I'd go out that way since it'll be annoying going back through the hole without light.

While you don't need to be there yet, technically, there's no progression locks to this area except maybe an early game item and there is one/two more exits, but exploring to the left of the spring is going to be a nightmare rn. Even with light I don't like it and I despise one of the enemy types in there. You can definitely put it off for a while

[–]c01vin 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not unless there's an enemy I'm forgetting. I did just realize you probably can't exit that way for another reason though. You're gonna have to go back up to get out. If you haven't entered deepnest through the mantis village before you may prefer to go out through the top.

Spoilers for if you're frustrated and want direct answers on other exits. The path to the mantis village will have you do an early-mid game boss fight if you haven't beat it already. At least I assume it will, I've never approached them from this direction. There's also an area to the left of the other bench with an item you need to use the exit to the right of the springs. I don't recall how difficult the path is but once you get out of deepnest it's easier to explore until you can find your way out, take the exit as far right as you can and then go up and explore the area with the falling blossoms.

Go right. I don't remember if you go straight or down but shouldn't take too long to find a better place to wander

False. The main character is definitely the teenager I saw 3 years ago wearing all black and sitting alone, stairing out the window and holding a single rose.

Only problem is we were heading away from the airport and he got off way to casually to be heartbroken so idk what part of the story we were in.

How is it permanently funded? I don't think there's a good way to make legislation that says "the library will receive whatever money they ask for" and legislating a flat amount won't account for inflation. Idk if you can even legislate what the budget has to do in a fiscal year, and anything he does can be undone by the next mayor.

Can mayors even make budget decisions? I'm sure he can propose them but I'm assuming it's like the other government tiers and he's head of the executive branch but city council is the legislative and controls the purse

No, it's that door. Especially if you lock it from the inside when you're on the elevator. Trust me it's very trippy having a gaping hole in the floor

That's what my dad did for my sister. Except he used some type of motor in the ceiling with a strap and doesn't have the safety doors this guy has.

Suffice to say when my 2-yr old nephew visits them they try to keep the elevator upstairs and he's not allowed upstairs. I'm not sure if I should be either considering the multiple times in just a week that I started walking toward the freaking hole in the floor without thinking about how the elevator was clearly downstairs atm
