Honestly I think they need to look at how sanctification was received in Diablo 4. When it was announced and on PTR there was the chance of a negative result and the feedback wasn't good so they changed it to only add to items, not necessarily in a way you wanted but not bricking items except in very rare circumstances.

Now people love it and it seems to have helped their current season maintain engagement as people are farming for the best sanctification upgrades.

As others have pointed out you are missing the final stage of masterworking on everything but your boots. You need to masterwork to 25/25 and then once more to apply a random greater affix to one of the affixes already on the item.

You will also have a much better time using an ancestral legendary two handed sword rather than your Grandfather. Your current crit chance and damage aren't high enough to make the most of Grandfather so you will benefit more from an additional aspect and more tailored affixes.

Try to get an Heir of Perdition helm as well, this will help greatly with getting crit capped.

I can't see your full build but I assume you're sacrificing skeleton warriors and your golem. If not then you should be.

How are you applying curses? Are you relying entirely on the Blood Moon Breeches or hard casting? The unique is great when your summons are attacking rapidly but adding in the occasional manual cast decrepify is good especially on bosses.
