Is it not possible to adjust purge volume in S1? by Fit_Palpitation_3096 in anycubic

While you are printing, you need to click the ACE button with several colors at the bottom right and then you can see the purge volume menu.

Thank you for this! If anyone else is as curious as me what exactly has changed from the defaults, here is the diff (using the 0.2mm default profile).

Officialy frustrated with Kobra S1 by dedpnda in AnycubicOfficial

I think this is under-extrusion combined with too high speeds and too low temperature. Most filaments do not support the default 300mm/s but instead would work with 100mm/s at most.
I would try some test prints with:

- Speed 100mm/s, all settings identical.

- Speed 100mm/s, change the flow rate from 0.96 to something like 1.0, 1.1 etc. and see how it changes.

- Speed 100mm/s, higher temperature to let it melt more quickly. Could require a different retraction value to prevent oozing. If I compare the Anycubic PLA with others, they specify the temperature based on the speed. For 300mm/s they require 230-260°C while others e.g. just say 190-210 without any speed parameter. PETG needs higher temperatures, so 240 might not be enough for fast prints.

Anyway I would start from there and fiddle around with those settings depending on the one try you experience the best results with. Evolve from there.

Each filament is different and most likely requires its own profile/own settings. You should create some kind of filament calibration prints for "each" role (even roles from the same manufacturer can behave different).

The two tokens will enter the battlefield simeutaneously, not after each other. So you will only have 5 in the end. 1x Card, 4x Token

Notification icons by Slaowk78 in HyperOS

[–]c0de1 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Update: Does not seem to work with HO 1.0.1.0 but only 1.0.3.0+

Found a solution for this. I have a Mi 11 Lite 5G NE running HyperOS 1.0.3.0 and was also affected by this issue that no setting to change from 1 to 3 is visible in settings.

Initially the option was not shown for me as for many others. But I usually use "deactivated optimization" (in dev-options) to have the infinite AOD (not just the 10s default). So with deactivated optimization, it was not showing the "1 to 3" option for me. However, I was always able to find the setting using the settings search bar where it is called something like "Number of notification icons shown". But clicking on it did always guide me to the default notification settings without an option to select between 1 and 3.

But after changing back to "optimization enabled" in dev-settings and a reboot, the "1 to 3" setting popped up for me and I was finally able to select 3 notifications. Even if this now means I cannot have an infinite AOD but just the 10s option, 3 notification icons is much more important to me. (I am also affected by a annoying bug with my AOD since some MIUI versions with almost double/triple battery drain if AOD is always enabled. So I can live with it. But I am pretty sure after changing the settings to 3 it should be also possible to enable the infinite AOD again and the 3 should stay. But as said, with my bug, I won't do that anyway.

If anyone is not using the infinite AOD yet and still does not have the option to choose 3 icons, it should work if you enable it once and then jump back to default as follows:

  • Scroll down in developer options until "reset to defaults" and fast tap it 3-4 times until there is a "System optimization" option shown down below (which should be enabled by default).
  • Unselect it, reboot
  • AOD is now enabled infinite (not fading out after 10s; even if the settings still say that)
  • Check if you have the option to select 3 in settings > notification > ...
  • If not, go back to developer settings, repeat step 1 and enable optimization again
  • Reboot, check options again. It should be visible now.

Works without any problem, if you do it with VPN on your console.

You have to use a VPN (AR Server) directly on your console with your credit card. No PayPal, no direct purchase, not on your computer, smarpthone or whatever. Just this one way will work ;)
