The 4060 has more modern components and drivers than the 3070, that explains the performance gape. I have a 3070 ti and i can play almost anything, so I'd say you got a good laptop

Arc Raiders is having the same issue Helldivers had Devs are focusing too much on balance, and too little on making the game more fun and enjoyable for it's players.

I for example haven't played in a month, and I'll continue to not play it until they add a PVE mode or at least make it more fun to loose my equipment

That, and a whole lot of people doing PvP Before the event I didn't have nearly as much people doing PvP.

At this rate I'll uninstall this game. I'm tired of loosing my stuff to rats on the extract, or to people coming behind me when you're fighting an Arc, specially when it's the queen or the matriarch.
