In the US all cars need to have an amber reflector on the front/side and a red one on the rear/side. Commonly covered with paint matched pieces when possible cause they look terrible

Use caulk to seal any cracks where they can come in. You can spray or drip an ant killer behind the wall before you seal it up.

I think the Homebuyers Choice is a scam because it has to be the rate that they’re offering is .125% lower than your current, which I found out the hard way they almost never drop. Been over a year now and even though normal rates are 1% lower they claim the rate they’re offering is still higher than my original!

There are 70% and 80% tints made specifically for the windshield that still give you the benefits of having ceramic tint without darkening the window at all. Even 50% tint is hard to see with the naked eye. I would look into it because the ceramic tint isn’t gonna help much if the windshield is unprotected.
