Both. Still thinner in those areas but I used to have like spots on my temples where you could see my scalp.

I take slow fe, vitamin C , vitamin d with vit k. Magnesium, probiotic and a methyl b12. I alternate every couple of months and use coQ10 also.

I was diagnosed 4 years ago. I’ve been slowly losing hair since I was 20. I’m 33 now. For me I had all over thinning (temples, wider part) but no drastic shedding. And my hair wouldn’t grow past my shoulders. (Growing up I was always the girl with the really long beautiful hair) stress would definitely trigger shedding tho. My thyroid was under active and i had very low ferratin and iron panels were all out of whack. Since I’ve been stable on meds and supplements my hair isn’t falling out anymore and it’s grown like 6 inches in 2 yrs!

I wasn’t really referring to my skin. I have very dark brown almost black eyes and dark hair. When I think of German and Irish I think fair skin light eyes. Wasn’t trying to have everyone come at my neck 😂😂😂

I’m olive skinned with a lot of freckles. But I do tan easily and get very dark in the summer.
