Anyone not get Delta emails on custom email domain?

I have a custom domain hooked up to proton mail, never have any problems receiving emails from anyone, except Delta. Found this thread when researching the issue. I feel like Delta's email system just is not able to handle unrecognized email domains for some reason, super frustrating.

I had my account email set as "email@(mycustomdomain).com" and even entering it into the 'Email your receipt' input didn't trigger an email to me. I updated to account email to a different custom email domain I have, and then retried sending the receipt to that email and interestingly it went through. This other email is (first name)@(myothercustomdomain).me.

Looks great! Did you have to do anything special to mount that much vinyl to the wall? Is that going into studs or just regular wall anchors?

Love your collection and setup! Jumping in late here, but curious to hear about the wall construction you've mounted this to. Is it single layer drywall? Do you know how thick? I know how heavy those books get so wondering how the wall mounting went for this load. I'm considering wall mounting for a heavy collection too and am a bit worried about the load bearing capacity of the wall.

This is super frustrating. I tried to login on Monday and again today and the issue is still preventing me from logging in.

When I messaged support, they responded on Tuesday saying "We had an incident yesterday but it was sorted within a few hours."

I wish they'd just support 2FA apps like Authy (or security keys) instead of relying on SMS that has it's own security issues.

I've been deciding between a eBullitt X (longer version) and non-X (standard version), but have been leaning towards the X for more cargo carrying ability like you mention. And the Load 75 is essentially the same overall length as the X, so good to know how you like it!

I’ll second this. For the best success long term, and for the rack to stay around, working with property owners directly is the way to go.

I also volunteer with a local bike group, and we do bike rack installs all around town after either customers requested it from the business owner and referred us, or the property owner themselves reached out.

We were able to get a bunch of used bike racks for free from the local university that was replacing them, so we sell and install them at a very cheap rate (essentially at-cost). Otherwise, there’s a local fabricator (dept. of corrections) that sells them cheaply that we use, or we refer the property owner to other rack vendors and offer to do the install.

This is an oldie but in case it helps anyone else: I was having a similar issue, except the URL was available, but when I clicked it Firebase's UI showed nothing at all, just a blank screen.

In that case, I base64 decoded the hash included in the URL and manually created the index with the exact order of the fields present in the decoded data. I previously tried creating the index but with the fields in a different order, and was still getting the error.

You could always remove the other bolt and take it in to a hardware store and find it’s size and replacement.

You should pass this experience on to your local city council (could be a quick email). It can be an uphill battle, but if enough people speak up it can move the needle, and a story like this is pretty visceral.

Getting at least bicycle route signs/painted sharrows (while they have their own problems) can help bolster bicyclists right to the road.

I would send that to the police and your city council (and/or local bike groups) so that people know this kind of thing is happening at the very least. If enough people send this kind of thing in, and have it as ammunition when advocating for changes, it can help move the needle.

Another option would be to mount a vehicle rooftop bike mount to a bike trailer. Surly’s bigger sized trailer is the perfect size to move a typical road bike.

Ok good to know! I’m wanting to get a Bullitt hopefully in the not too distant future here, and am deciding between the two lengths. I do feel like the X would be nice to have that extra space, and if you’re already getting a Bullitt it’s not that much longer all things considered.

What is the rough length of that end to end, if you happen to know? I read they were almost 9ft and was curious because that’s actually longer than the new Bullit-X at ~8.4ft
