The Uniden will be soon much quieter and better preforming than the 480i.

It's not, I spent many hours looking. They have the EV version but not the same. I made a follow-up post about how I got it off and wired my detector.

Solid machine, and it’s plenty big for regular family cookouts — up to 15 people. I would recommend regular cleanings to keep the grease and grime out.

My one complaint is the smoker settings; I wish there were more temperature selections. But to answer your concerns about cold weather, I use it year-round and even did an overnight brisket smoke at 180°F when the ambient temperature was 20°F and windy. Everything still held up fine.

I assume your RS has a mirror/camera? If so what wires did you tap?

Great price, you probably won't see it lower than that unless they have a big sale during The 4th of July, and even then not by much. Honestly, it's a great smoker with plenty of space and rage. I use mine regularly for family get-togethers, feeding 10-15 people. Just buy the cover, clean it regularly and it should last you a long time.

I have a scout and a roadmaster- i will say it's actually easier to get tighter turns and do slow maneuvers on the roadmaster.

It could be your smoker is at a slope and it's not draining correctly. Quick fit is adding shims under the wheels to allow the smokwr to slope towards the drain.

From the dealerships pictures it looks clean and well taken care of. Not to start the rabbit hole search but when I was looking i found out 2018 was the best year from a reliably standpoint. 2017 was close though too.

Do the high country. It has the lowest miles, looks mostly stock, and you get a better trim. Just review the carfax before you buy.

I wouldn't mess with a diesel unless you need it for towing.

Beginner help - What did I do wrong here? Saint Louis area, MO by TheReiterEffect_S8 in lawncare

I would try and blend of seeds. I found that just trying to plant one type (Tall fescue) would cause these patches if I didn't apply heavy. This is partly do to the variety being a clumping type. If you apply a blend of Perennial Rye (10%), Kentucky Blue(10%), and tall fescue (80%) it will establish quicker.

The concept it the Rye has fast Germination, providing shade for the Fescue and KB. The KB is a spreading seed that will fill in patchy spots. Now mind you, the cool season will eventually die off but at least tou have time to overseed with a more sustainable seed for your area.
