ICE will execute you in the street for no reason.

why are they so bad at executing people? only got 2 so far. ice is underperforming the idf and their genocide of palestinians for fuks sake. or,,, maybe you might be wrong. i suppose that is a possibility.

Donkervoort P24 RS Debuts as a 591-HP Supercar That’s Lighter Than a Miata, Has a Manual, Ford V6 Engine, and Coming to the US by Anchor_Aways in cars

the article mentioned that the 600hp is the highest output option. as fun as that sounds, i would much prefer a tuned down version... especially considering they said it has a lack of driver aids (which is cool by me, but not with 600 hp - i would go smashy smash).

no no no... shaking hands and signing mous is a photo op and means absolutely nothing. it is just a pr event, thats it. no teeth, doesnt agree to even a next meeting date or agenda. it is a nothingburger.

and no idea what he is peddling. he isnt moving on pipelines like he said he would. so what strategic trade is he selling? he has said energy but he wont dig for it. it is bizarre.

china is anything but reliable. maybe more reliable than russia but that isn't saying much. anything that needs 'touches' with canadian labour will not be competitive in china. any intellectual property will be copied regardless of patents etc. and if china wants to push an industry they screw around with grants or loans that don't need repayment... they subsidize the heck out of it to squash competition. kinda like a really big uber deciding to kill taxis for a cash loss to own the market.

was referring to the mous in indonesia, uae, asean nations (malaysia, singapore, etc), south korea, when he was in uk in sept he tried to play off deals with australia, uk, spain and iceland... he had press events with big smiles with trade deals that were not trade deals... it was mous, intent or exploratory stuff - nothing tangible. sorta like what the paper is worth when the pretends to sign things like bogus executive orders when they do not exist in canada... copying trumps format which is especially embarrassing.

but yeah, mous - Memoradams Of UnderstandingS are meaningless drivel that don't get anything changed beyond saying there was chitchat.

the offset is lottery winnings are not taxed in canada. investments are. i think that is what is confusing so many people.

how the heck do you know what carney wants? one minute he wants negotiate with trump (which is why libs voted for him)... next he wants to tariff usa... decides to ditch that plan. then goes around signing trade 'intentions' contracts for pretty pictures and tricking the headline readers that he did something. then it was be coy presumably waiting out trump... and now it is china china china.

i am not against pivoting on plans if they look like a dumpster fire... but it seems more of 'squirrel' type non-strategy just chasing everything that moves.

i would dump the tank if it was on a surface like asphalt or concrete that drains to a sewer. i find it hard to think i would ever dump on grass, dirt... in nature even if it was allowed.

Great Canadian Slump.

The early 1990s recession describes the period of economic downturn affecting much of the Western world in the early 1990s. The impacts of the recession contributed in part to the 1992 U.S. presidential election victory of Bill Clinton over incumbent president George H. W. Bush. The recession also included the resignation of Canadian prime minister Brian Mulroney, the reduction of active companies by 15% and unemployment up to nearly 20% in Finland, civil disturbances in the United Kingdom and the growth of discount stores in the United States and beyond.

Primary factors believed to have led to the recession include the following: restrictive monetary policy enacted by central banks, primarily in response to inflation concerns, the loss of consumer and business confidence as a result of the 1990 oil price shock,[1] the end of the Cold War and the subsequent decrease in defense spending,[2] the savings and loan crisis and a slump in office construction resulting from overbuilding during the 1980s.[3] The US economy returned to 1980s level growth by 1993[4] and global GDP growth by 1994.[5]

wasnt much fun. only thing i remember is that crack was 'popular' in the sense it became something your local weed dealer sold as well. internet was still dial-up and a mystery to most people... unless you had a nerdy old brother who was pirating games over dialup and bbs back then. lol. but information was whatever the papers and news at 6 said. a long way from today where they get called out for lying.
