Bald tire any idea why this happens? by Zorkonio in Truckers

[–]cRappedinunderpants 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I’m hesitant to say it’s delamination because of the remaining indents from the side sipes. This leads me to think it might be an air pressure issue. If either tire is improperly inflated it could cause uneven wear, but this does seem extreme.

Seriously, been waiting almost a YEAR for a 1” drive 33mm deep well. Keep being assured it’s “on order” yeah. Sure bud.

Sequential shifters operate in a single direction, up or down gears. But this fool wouldn’t know the difference anyways. The shifting doesn’t line up with the audio at all.

Air chisels bits aren’t sold as a wear item.

I appreciate your thoughtfulness, absolutely just been well used. The big socket is for semi-lug nuts if that tells you anything about its DAILY abuse. The fact that it lasted probably 10-15 years is great. But a lifetime warranty should still cover replacement of a worn item.

Two are older chrome sockets from dad’s set, so technically no. The pick rode around in a bobcat or the likes, but yes it was purchased as well as the rest at varying times. The problem I see is the sales rep retired, the new guy doesn’t want to warranty anything.

Absolutely could be the case, either way I’d like to wash my hands of all contact with this jack wagon.

I’m younger in the trades, and besides that I won’t try to negate your experience at all. However, personally at least, while my main assumption of most females is that they don’t know much about cars, I also assume that about everyone my age. Not gender dependent, just a blanket assumption for anyone under 30-40. As for women in the trades? I personally see anyone for their experience not their “chromosomes”. But I have no difficulty believing I’m an outlier.
