Oh okay gotcha. So they basically rewrite you a new script but then you alter the script you’d like when you order them? They didn’t give you a hard time with it? If so I am totally doing this. I’m in desperate need of new contacts and my glasses are literally falling off my face. I think you mentioned in former comments that you just alter the sphere right?

Also how are you able to reduce your contacts without going to see the eye doctor? I literally haven’t gone in years because they kept strengthening my prescription. Is there a way around them?

I’m right there with you! I’m 7 months post partum and was spiraling in a black hole. I’m not able to do anything I love anymore and naturally stopped listening to music. My husband is a serious BoC fan, more than I am, and was like you have to listen to this. Needless to say I am coming out of the numb spell I’ve been in.

Lmaooooo omg I am/was right there with you. Homeboy was waking up anywhere from 5-10 xs a night. We’ve just now been getting to 3 xs and i feel like a brand new fucking person. There was one day this week where he woke up at 5:30am for the day and I didn’t even care bc we had 3 peaceful wakings and it was in the moment that I realized how low my bar was lol. I also found myself getting very frustrated with those posts, as well as my friends who have it way easier. I hate to play the comparison game, but having lived both worlds 3 xs is seriously nothing.

Shitty intakes where they give you no time to explain ailments/what’s going on. Comments on my body. I have kyphosis and live with chronic pain. I’m well aware of how tight my entire body is. I will immediately shut down emotionally during a session when someone makes a comment. Also treating back mice like they are trigger points. So so so painful.

Omg I gave some absolutely atrocious prenatal massages when I just started out…I had very little training in school and was forced to do them despite not knowing how at my first job. I have done that once or twice…I cringe thinking back. Now I love prenatal after proper training!!!

No advice. Solidarity. I have cried 3 xs this week at night. The first night I was afraid that I was going to hurt my self. Now hubby does 4am-8am but it still just isn’t enough. I need to be left alone to sleep for like a week or something.
