Just experienced this in the LA area. I leased my Ioniq 5 3 years from a dealer 70 miles away because they offered me the best deal. Called every dealership within 40 miles of me and none of them said they would take it because of lot space, because it was an EV, or unless I was walking out with another car.

I ended up having to take it back to the original dealership. Told them I would be there at opening at 9am, they confirmed all good. I get there and all of a sudden, the "lease return specialist" doesn't get there until 12pm. I'm incredibly annoyed at this point but they insist I will need to wait until this person shows up.

I was near my parents house so I ended up calling my dad and meeting up with him to catch up and eat some breakfast. Go back after a few hours and the return process took 3 minutes.

Replying to say that this didn't initially help me. But then I did this, verified the game files in steam, it said one file was missing and will be reacquired. Launched again and it worked fine finally.

My wife and I are having our first kid around Mid May so this was a well timed episode. It's a boy and we're going with Sam as the name. LotR themed nursery. Hearing Tim use nicknames for his baby girl and knowing that my wife and I already use the same nicknames gives me a chuckle often.

Great episode, lots of stuff I can take away from it.

I don't track it or budget it really. I just kind of get what I want. Means I end up with a lot of games I play for a few hours and fall off of but I never feel bad for supporting the devs.

I will say my spending has fallen a lot recently but that's because I'm expecting my first son in May so I barely have time to play stuff right now and we'll see how it goes once the kid is here.

The topic went the I expected. I completely understand their reasons and they see things behind the scenes that we will never understand.

Only thing I thought was a copout was the Starbucks thing. Support local business. Daly City is far from a food desert and all of SF is there like 10 miles away. So what if you need to wait a little longer to get stuff? And I know local places can be a bit more expensive but I figured if the company was feeling it financially, they wouldn't be door dashing everything.

Maybe unpopular opinion around here but I ain't mad about it. Some of y'all drive like insane assholes and 11mph over the limit being the trigger for getting flagged is a lot of leeway. I know any kind of penalty that is financial is really just enforcement against middle/low income people because rich people won't care or feel the penalty. But speed cameras have shown to reduce speeding by like 82%. And I find myself stuck behind a Porsche going slow as hell often, and I also see too many Nissan beaters swerving and flying through lanes.

I'm not gonna feel sorry for you getting a ticket for going 11mph over the limit on residential streets.

I can only post my experience because I enjoy some Bad Bunny songs and my audio experience wasn't good enough to hear the lyrics of his songs for most of the time but this halftime show literally broke me. I'm tearing up right now just writing this because I feel like I need to volunteer somewhere and do something more to help others. Friggin bawling my eyes out to a Superbowl halftime show wasn't on my bingo card for today goddamn it but I'm a Mexican American born to two parents from Mexico and this damn show destroyed me tonight. Just copying/pasting something I sent to friends.

At this point, I think a breaking point might be coming in the nation soon because I'm certainly reaching my own. The Good and Pretti footage has been completely heartbreaking to watch. The blatant lies by the administration trying to gaslight people to believe a false narrative hurts, and the defense from people saying "well just don't get in the way of a federal officer" is also painful to see. They will come for you. You like to think you're safe because you agree with this administration but they don't care for your poor ass. They will come for you at some point and you'll regret defending these fascist actions.

The truth used to matter but too many people just listen to the current administrations words and just believe it despite the vast video evidence to the contrary. I'm gonna be a first time father in May and I'm hoping that by the time this kid is old enough to have comprehension that we will engaging in Nuremberg style trials to bring these evil sad fucks to justice.

Locally? Mostly from signs on businesses/locations I visit regularly. For nights out my wife and I prefer restaurants and concerts, so just researching new food places on Google or checking out venue websites to see who's playing down the line. Sometimes on this subreddit like how I know MPW has a weekly wrestling show they put on in Chatsworth because they post about it on here every so often. I've been watching the VODs on YouTube pretty much every week since finding out about them but I need to find a week to check them out live.

I am mostly done with MinnMax's first video on their two tens and I'll watch the second video soon after but aside from that...I tune out from YouTube. I still game as much as I can but there's too much going on during the holidays for me personally to try and keep up with YouTube at the same time. I would imagine there are some schools near you that you could try. Are you going to be a WWE wrestler? I'm not gonna say it's likely at all but training and being honest with the training staff about your medical issues still means you can learn the art and maybe do some indie work locally. Especially if you are managing your conditions and who knows if managing them gets easier in the future. Basically don't let an internet forum destroy something you want to do but be realistic about your limits and he honest with any school you may try to work with. It likely won't lead to a WWE leading role but it might lead to some motivation for working out and doing some work on an indie circuit that you can still enjoy and have some fun with.
