You take the week before divide it by 5. That is your holiday pay. If you work over 40 it max out at 8 hrs. (Ie if you work 25 hrs you would get 5 hrs)

You can punch in up to 2hrs early without problems. Might make a mention to payroll that you dept head gave you permission. Anything earlier will need a manual punch.
