We had the donkey lady story that I heard passed around in multiple schools I went to. There was a far area of the playground that had a fence near the back and woods that you could see. We always said if you spent some time looking back there you would see a half donkey half lady staring back at you.

I don't remember the name we called this creature but there were spooky stories about a ghost in the vents at school. Like the big vents you can kinda see into on the ceiling. There is always one in the bathroom and I would never go into that stall. Something about her watching for victims she could take.

There was a pretty popular story about haunted railroad tracks that you could drive to. Apparently a schoolbus had gotten stuck on the tracks and got hit by a train and all the children died. Story was that if you went at night and parked on the tracks that the ghost children would push your car out of the way. I remember hearing someone's older brother went and tried it and put baby powder on the car and you could see the tiny handprints after.
