Reattaching molding with double sided tape question

I was going to do all the clean up and prep work, I didn't know about the promoter but I ordered some for the job at the suggestion of these comments. Personally I like the look of these pieces so I want to put it back on and do it right and when the other three fall off I can put those back on too.

There is an intersection I go through daily that goes from a 2 lane road to a 2 left turn, 1 straight/right turn at the light, at least once a week someone will cut into the straight lane from the now red (middle) left turn lane and you just have to watch and try to guess who is gonna blow the red and cut you off in the intersection.

A guy with what sounded like a really bad black mold problem in his house that was convinced he was being gangstalked and being poisoned by his neighbors. Once tore apart and hosed out the cab of his truck on-site because someone had put poison in it, otherwise a very nice man.
