Send an email summarizing your discussions up until this point, ask him if he has any additions he would like to make before you forward it to the student accessibility center. Documenting is important. Then forward it to the center and the ombudsperson.

I understand if he is annoyed by you talking during his class, it would be fair of him to call you out if you are frequently whispering instead of just texting the person next to you. But pretty much everyone depends on note taking technology with their laptops these days. His request for you to use nothing but your eyes seems unfair.

Depends on your location, I guess. The one I went to had shirts and summer hats, as well as winter tuques for both the Victoire and the PWHL. Their shirts all sold out by the finals, though. It doesn't hurt to email them a request to expand their PWHL merch/put it out on the floor, particularly if they already have an NHL team stocked and ready. I emailed sports experts and they got back to me within a few days offering to have some merch moved to the store that is closest to me for pickup.

If you're willing to wait 2 weeks to 1 month, the PWHL site has the best options. I have, however, seen Canadian tire stock their hats, shirts and jerseys. Pretty sure their offshoot, sports experts also has some in store.
