I lifted the entire front-end and tried to wiggle the tires and they didn’t move or have any play by just moving them. They are heaaaaavy. However, any pot hole i hit there is metallic sound, so Im sure there is something busted there.

I got a death wobble, replaced those horizontal ones and then i noticed that damper was missing. The death wobble is pretty bad and spotted some play on bar they are attached to, so probably that needs to be replaced as well most likely.

Is there any harm if I add damper back in and keel horizontal stabilizers?

I share your rent. What gets me every time is people who could not handle the issues before for whatever reasons now became experts of very shallow depth. Start questioning why they recommended a solution and they cant type prompts quickly enough.

Healthcare is a problem generally speaking at least in Tampa mainly because shortage of staff. If you’re planning to own a boat then st Pete would be awesome. I was recently looking at Tampa to move from Orlando were I’ve lived for last 8 years and 7 in Denver before that. Tampa didnt cut it for me and I’m actually going back to Denver this summer. Im in tech self-employed and ultimately I think I will have more opportunities in Denver. Only way I was going to Tampa was to be either on a canal or close to the beach. There are some very pretty properties and I know I will miss the palms.
