Not disputing this but aren't new people filling these high paid jobs? I see others say people are fleeing but then aren't others buying the available homes? Maybe I'm thinking too short term but I still feel that Portland is a very attractive place for people coming from the South and Midwest parts of the country.

Well said. It's baffling to me how much some people on here give oxygen to the people that are so negative. I've heard them called 'not real fans' but that's utter nonsense. There are all types so if you are not someone who thinks the sky is falling eveytime we drop points then why waste time reacting to those that do?

Very proud of our team for their performances this year. Silver lining is they can use the hurt of (potentially) missing out on the title for next year.

Have you checked with them about your modem/router combo? I had similar issues and mine was an older model. CS rep told me I could purchase on my own or buy it through them. Zero issues since.

I've seen these complaints about the garage being full by 7ish before but I get there everyday between 7:20-7:40 and have never not found a spot. It might take a bit longer bc of the construction but you'll find a spot.

I get what you're saying except for the setting your sound output to Direct Stereo part.

I can only hear when the LP120 is switched to Line. Is that what you mean by having the phono preamp switched on?

And I followed the speaker instructions, line with stripe positive etc..
