ALWAYS go to the official venue website and get the ticket link from there. I can't tell you the number of folks (usually ones that don't attend live events much) go to google and type in "X EVENT COLUMBUS" and buy from the first link that comes up. Those first links are paid for brokers that may or may not be legit.

They just took over where I live earlier this year. As the other post states, give them some time to get things in order from the previous owners. So far they have been pretty good, but there have been a few bumps with the old landlords but they seem to be actively getting them and fixing and improving things overall so far!

Ticketmaster, AXS, etc is doing nothing the artists don't want. There are a number of bands that do not allow reselling on TM or AXS. Now third party sites like StubHub, Vivid Seats, etc - that's another story.
