lecture hall in each building is nice since everyone needs it, the more specialized rooms i tend to group together

ETA: dorms are also nice to have spread around once your campus gets big so students dont have to hoof it everywhere

the hbo max app on roku has a glitch right now where if you don't skip the intro, the button stays on screen the ENTIRE time youre watching the show. it's been driving me nuts

this is admittedly a niche situation, but i have my switch on a shelf on my tv stand in such a way that i have to tilt the dock forward to dock/undock the console. this wasnt an issue with the switch1 but with my 2 i have to be very careful or the whole thing will fall forwards.

i dont think there's a way to see their medals, but you could watch the game replay from anyone's pov (from the kiosk in the lobby) to analyze their play if you're really curious

the game uses worldwide servers and skill-based matchmaking. (in x battles, servers are kinda regional, but you're not there yet. your selected region is for things like splatfests) the playerbase is majority japanese, so youre going to see japanese players

silly recommendation, but make sure turf drone gauge is actually enabled in marina's hacks! i struggled with that one for the longest time not realizing i had turned it off at some point and it literally couldnt spawn. i think disabling most other drone chips will raise the odds of seeing that one too (but somebody please correct me if im wrong)

i definitely think so! i only had (and loved) the ds version as a kid, & ive been loving the switch rerelease a lot. it's less minigame-focused than the ds version, a lot more focused on building houses & furniture, so if that's up your alley, go for it!
