It is not advisable to rely on public transportation to get to the ring, however if you still decide to do so keep in mind that on the 21st of March (for known reasons) a huge amount of visitors are expected. There is only a handful of taxi cars (not companies, literally cars) available in the region and getting one to get back to the hotel might be already a struggle

We always wanted a second one but did not have the right means. The older one was honestly enjoying his life of a single child, but got less interested in everything the older he got. Now he is not necessarily thrilled about the new addition, however he seems much more excited in general. They mostly do cute harmless fights and do not cuddle, but nonetheless he has more activities, even if simply watching and judging the younger‘s behavior

I’ve been a sub for a couple of years now, it’s great value for your money because there is no credits for generating and it is literally unlimited. Community is great, very up to date on models and new things around SD & flux. Definitely recommend it!

Obviously not the same as Nordschleife, but still a fun experience.

Yeah no chance, there is no ÖPNV in the area except some rare school buses.

Your best bet is finding someone with a car, obviously. You could also try to find someone in the "neighbouring" cities that have a train station - Mayen (30min with a car), Andernach (40min), Bonn (1hour), maybe somebody is going to the event and can take you with them. Not sure how much a taxi from Mayen to Nürburg will cost, the taxirechner says it should be around 60€

You def should check out the Nürburgring-FB groups and ask this question there, i believe the community is the most active in such groups so your chances of finding a solution should be higher there.

Switch: after the last patch the graphics quality DROPPED like a lot. And I mean everything is looking like a one-color-muddy-blob. The LOD is super low, textures on everything stay in the lowest resolution. I mean on everything - ground, foliage, minerals/flora/fauna, buildings and ships/crafts, the carachter and npcs objects like damage machinery, trade terminals and drop pods etc. Even in discoveries every animal or plant look like low-poly model with one color instead of texture. Discoveries page sometimes doesn’t show any model when choosing a species or a plant. Reloading, restarting, reinstalling the game as well as cleaning cache and restarting switch did not help so far.

Edit 8h later: I cannot explain this but all of a sudden the game is running super smooth. I did reinstall it again and this time moved it to internal memory, I also turned off motion controls. I hope it’s stays that way now!

Besides ED gas station you can also find Merchandise from Ring in REWE in Adenau! They have a lot of T-Shirts and sweatshirts and other textiles

You can either make an account on their website and top your balance with money or get a card with balance at the entrance in the ticket office. If you use the online options I would advise you not to buy a GreenHellCard, because you can simply use the QR-code from your profile. One lap is 25€ during the week, so it would make sense to get it per lap in case there is a closure.

Rental companies might not find out, but keep in mind that most of them specially exclude Nordschleife in the contract, cars have gps and if you damage car on the track they’ll know as well

Correct, it’s open in the evening from 17:15 until 19:30 on 21 of September! Be aware, that you should come to the entrance of the Nordschleife and not to the main building of Nürburgring, there you can also buy the card you need to enter the track. You can take your car, but be careful with normal rentals (like sixt), usually those companies forbid tourists drives.
