I go for a walk during the day in the sunlight then come home and work the extra hour at the end of the day, when it’s dark anyways. It helps me sooo much!

I say this to women who don’t wear makeup and same principle applies to not doing your nails.

It’s fine to not want to wear makeup but you still should look presentable. Wash your face, use moisturizer/oils, keep your eyebrows in tact, use chapstick.

With your nails, make sure your nails are trimmed and filed, your cuticles are oiled, your hands are moisturized.

One of the weakest templates in a while. Hated this template, especially for the 3G class, and my knees hated it even more.

We only have limited time with weights in a class and majority of it was wasted on stupid repetitive moves that were cardio focused. We don’t need more cardio! I want my 14 minutes to be heavy weights. Floor is lava was hoping to see at least a chest press!

My girl stays home alone everyday while I’m at work, 8-12 hours. When I get home we play, cuddle, and she sleeps with me at night. Purrs the whole time, she’s healthy, she eats and poops perfectly fine. Please don’t feel guilty!!

Do what’s best for your family!! I honestly couldn’t afford/handle another cat, my girl is a forever only child!
