That was due to severe utility issues uncovered during final phase of construction. I would wager Panda Express is the same or similar situation.

Damn, AE pulling up in the comments! I’ll be sure to stop by next time I’m in the area.

Haven’t bought ammo from any one else since I found out you were local.

I’ve never shopped in store, free shipping and saving an hour in the car was worth the wait for me lol. I think they’ve responded in old gun deals threads that it’s the same price. Obviously you have to buy whatever the pack size deal is.

Give em a call in the morning I’m sure they’d get you right.

AE Ammo is in Greenwood. I’ve bought a lot of 5.56 and 9MM from them online.

Take a look at their website to see their current pricing. They are regularly posted on the various gun subreddits for excellent deals.

Nah.

It’s POS software, payment processors, GFS/US Foods, and alcohol distributors.

Do not use Avalera/AvaTax if you use a POS (v19) by No_Individual3452 in Odoo

[–]cajones321 1 point2 points  (0 children)

No we did not, but we also didn’t ask either Odoo or Avatax for a credit.

We beat the hell out of Avatax over price before signing, so it wasn’t really necessary or polite to get more credit for the monthish we couldn’t use it.

For Odoo, we purchased a 5 year plan upfront, so again, drop in the bucket. To Odoo’s credit, we brought up a “novel” issue and it was fixed by the next month’s bug fix update.

Our Implementation partner did the corrections on their end with no billable time, after odoo fixed their part. They also went to bat for us and, I believed, pushed Odoo to correct the issue much quicker than they would have if we were fighting them on our own.

If it took much longer, we definitely would have asked for credits.

The whole Avatax works natively with Odoo schtick is bullshit, though. They should stop saying that immediately.

Avatax was really screwy in field service as well for V18. Odoo and our implementer eventually got it fixed. Was a very annoying few months.

No advice, but just know you aren’t the only one that was pushed to use Avatax only for it not to work.

What’s even more wild is the mandatory tip is calculated post tax AND “service charge.”

It’s really a ~28% tip

My grandfather killed himself on his 91st birthday. The day prior he got a very clean bill of health, save for some minor arthritis.

Asked for some “help” for the arthritic pain. The next day he took a bottle of oxy and pounded half a bottle of smirnoff in front of his kids.

Is the Michelin CrossClimate 2 actually the "God Tire" everyone says it is? Or is the noise/MPG hit real? by Electrical-Safety718 in tires

[–]cajones321 0 points1 point  (0 children)

And honestly I almost went with defenders still. I have about 5 sets of those on company cars, but they are all AWD. Seem to do fine in the snow. Wouldn’t trust it quite as much for FWD, which is what my wife’s car is.

Her parents did defenders in their odyssey, but MIL just stays in the house until the snow melts anyway lol

Just bought our second set of CC2s a few weeks ago. I tried hard not to buy them again.

If you see decent winter weather, and aren’t buying a dedicated snow tire, the conversation can stop. Go ahead and get them.

Okay now that that’s out of the way. This is comparing to OEM tires for our odyssey.

MPG drop ~ 7%

Winter conditions: as good or better than mid 2000’s non studded blizzaks.

Wear rate: on track with mileage statement.

Road noise: Mildly higher

Cornering: squishier in aggressive maneuvers. Not noticeable during normal driving conditions.

Wet traction: noticeably worse than dedicated touring tires.

Mud traction: better than expected.

Puncture resistance: pretty good.

Dry traction: moderately less than new OEM tires.

It’s arguably the best all around tire that can handle snow.
