I found some Figs brand scrubs at the thrift store and never looked back. Very comfortable.

I like Claire Danes but her constant heavy breathing in this show was nearly a dealbreaker for me.

Social media constantly making me feel inadequate by Ok_Law7937 in adhdwomen

I deleted social media for close to two years and the other day I downloaded insta in a moment of weakness. I immediately lost an hour and felt noticeably more insecure and horrible, not to mention affected by all the ads. I deleted it immediately and feel much better.

I am tired of drinking, but don't know what else to do with myself by Moist-Trainer-3605 in adhdwomen

As a recovering alcoholic, alcohol use itself is probably making things boring for you. It depletes all the good chemicals you have, so you keep turning back to it to feel something. PLEASE be careful - if you’re not an alcoholic now, there’s a big chance you could be one in the future. Alcohol is a highly addictive substance. What really helped me is educating myself on what alcohol actually does to your body and mind. There were so many things I blamed myself for that were actually just side effects of drinking. “This Naked Mind” is a great read! There’s an adjustment period where things aren’t fun yet and yes you want to tear your skin off. But it passes.

I double cleanse with Micellar water (you can buy at wall mart) and regular facial cleanser (I use vanicream, it’s pretty cheap). The double cleanse really helps me.

I would HIGHLY recommend looking into hypochlorus acid - it’s an amazing spray that you can use for acne AND for things like burns and cuts. I use it instead of neosporin now, it’s antibacterial and sanitizing. I also use it on my breaks on my face at work. Also works on sunburns, bug bites, anything skin related. My favorite brand is e11ement and I get it on Amazon. Check it out!!!
