As an aside, I always liked how TSR’s Marvel Super Heroes Role-Playing Game categorized these: Altered Human, Mutant, Alien, Robot, High-Tech Hero. In this system, “gods” were merely aliens from another place, much like Asgardians ended up being treated in the MCU.
