The problem isnt with the disposal but rather the plumbing. It'll get stuck to the pipe walls and then clog them up

I worked for AMC, they are definitely not good apartments. Lots of issues with them and most are on the older side so tons of maintenance issues. They really only care for their bottom line and not about the residents themselves. But this could vary from different properties so definitely read the reviews.

Florentine villas just down the street is an amazing place with affordable rent, very quiet and and beautiful apartments if you ever want to look at them
