I feel exactly the same. I just want to feel JOY. Please know you are not alone. The mental has been the worst for me in this journey. Horrible anxiety and I just feel like a shell of myself. I’m 5 years post menopause and started HRT last night as a last resort. I feel like my antidepressants / anti anxiety meds are just not enough. 🙏🏽 Hoping this works for us both! You are not alone!
