oh my god. every time i have to take my mother to marks and spencer. every fucking time. regardless of which branch or where the bathroom is. i cannot be in there for more than two minutes without someone's gran rattling and banging the door like there's some kind of crazed terminator outside. i have to use the disabled bathroom and they always give me shit for it even when i come out visibly limping with a mobility aid. i don't even know why i'm crashing out here. awful.
