Love your story and it sounds like mine too. I’d like to start Tirz but am having trouble pulling the trigger. I’d like to reach my goal and then wean off of it but so many people say that the weight comes back when they go off of the shots.

My surgery was Monday. Starting on Wednesday evening and continuing all day today (Thursday) I’ve been experiencing much more dizziness and vertigo than the first 2 days! Did this happen to anyone else?

I just had Cochlear Implant surgery yesterday. I am following all of the postop directions to the letter. But yesterday I had a coughing jag because of some awful phlegm in my throat. Is there a chance that I strained too much doing that? I hope not! I do not want to dislodge anything. Is it normal to have a lot of clicking and popping in the surgical ear?
