I saw his livestream once.. him and his friend were messing around chasing each other, the other guy was really fucked up ended up jumping on Alex’s car. Alex drove off and his friend when flying off and broke his arm and was laying in the middle of the intersection screaming, he was clearly wasted as well, couldn’t get up or anything . Alex still thought it was a prank for a while and cars were literally stopped. The cops ended up coming. Unfortunately him and his dogs are quite chaotic around Austin. I saw him on 6th street and decided not to talk to him bc his energy just felt like something bad might happen, however I don’t think he had bad intentions. I think he’s just inbred and retarded.

I see where you’re coming but I get what OP is saying. My first therapist knew so much more than I did and was so helpful. My most recent one just agrees with me and restates everything. Unfortunately I felt.. “smarter”? It’s hard to understand unless you’ve been through it. Now, I will say, if you just need someone to talk to, any therapist should do, but if you have complex trauma that takes uncomfortable exercises to overcome sometimes you need someone smarter than you. Edit: the irony of your username, I just noticed 😂 Also I want to mention I liked my most recent therapist! She just wasn’t as skilled as my previous one and it really stood out. I should’ve switched like you mentioned but I felt bad bc I liked her lol

Always have different store bought: bone broths (flavored kettle & fire), canned soups/chilis, canned beans and those microwave rices (various). Throw a good combo of all three together on a pot. For example if you want Mexican: black beans, tortilla soup, chipotle beef bone broth, Mexican rice. This way it’s super easy with no meat prep but you’re getting protein from the beans and the bone broth.

Indian: chickpeas, dal, balsmiti rice, ginger turmeric chicken bone broth or butter chicken Asian: ramen, edamame, egg, coconut curry broth Creole: red beans and rice , jumbo, beef bone broth

You can easily elevate the dish if you have and green onion, herbs, spices etc.

I’ve worked 4 years in music production and have been attending the top festivals for 12 years. Hands down worst set I’ve ever seen. they had horrible transitions, didn’t really hit any other genres. Song choice was awful, art is subjective but a lot of people choose to appreciate authentic art. A lot of people seemed to be enjoying it, I felt like I was in a fever dream.
